Eleonora Morleo is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Architecture, Built Environment and Construction Engineering (DABC) at Politecnico di Milano. She earned her Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Design. Her Master’s thesis focused on the development of a semi-analytical model for the analysis of the structural behaviour of Submerged Floating Tunnels under dynamic excitations. Her Ph.D. studies will focus on the development of SHM algorithms based on artificial neural networks for maintenance management of bridges.
